Mr. Norris
Piano Teacher
Mr. Norris is a piano teacher at the Windsor Piano and Guitar Institute. He has been playing piano since he was 14 years old. His favorite part of teaching music is seeing his students grow and expand their love for music.
With six years of experience in teaching preschool, he has worked with children at all stages of growth and development, helping them develop skills such as fine and gross motor, social-emotional awareness, and artistic expression. Currently, Mr. Norris is pursuing an Associate's degree in Music at Front Range Community College.
He has been infatuated with early jazz styles like Ragtime, Novelty, and Stride ever since he first heard Ethan Uslan playing "Fur Elise" as a rag at the World Championship Old-Time Piano Playing Contest, and loves learning more about the composers and culture around the music. He is also obsessed with houseplants, especially philodendrons, and orchids. Altogether he owns over 100 plants.
